Brief

Launch Grand View, the largest residential project Minutocorp had developed up to that point, connect with new audiences to open up the real estate market, and continue positioning Minutocorp as a cutting-edge construction company in development, building, and communication. Grand View is a residential project with 7 towers, a trail, viewpoint, paddle court, clubhouse, and all the amenities needed to live in total comfort.

Idea

We created the entire residential project with amenities and apartments inside an island in Fortnite, designed to be explored by gamers—an increasingly large audience now over 30 years old with the purchasing power to think about buying skins, battle passes, accessories, and even their own apartment.

The island became a sales tool for commercial advisors and transformed the category, generating sales that exceeded $6M.
