Brief

 Zinli, a Panamanian wallet with a USD account backed by Banco Mercantil, needed to evolve its brand: from a youthful/friendly aesthetic perceived as “too casual” (especially in B2B) to a trustworthy, innovative fintech with a global outlook. The challenge: reinforce trust and solidity, add emotional storytelling, and bring clarity to mass audiences and key segments (youth, travelers, creators, and merchants).

Idea

We reframed Zinli as “your money in dollars, simple and borderless”: a helping hand that speaks clearly, protects your money, and supports you from your first payment to transfers that bring you closer to people. The rebranding proposes a human, secure, and innovative tone, with visible security, simple UX, and messages of financial freedom to gain international reach and credibility.
